Your Full creation fee payment is required at the time of booking.
The creation fee is non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session within 6 months with a 24-48 hour cancellation.
Please reschedule if your child is sick or unusually cranky.
Please be prepared to schedule a 1.5-2 hour portrait review appointment approximately 7-10 days after your portrait session. Please make sure all decision makers will be present. We suggest you arrange for a babysitter for small children.
All images are available in black & white, sepia, color or hand-tinted.
All portraits 5×7 size and larger are mounted and printed on a metallic professional photographic paper
All portraits will bare The Affinity Photography studio logo or are signed by Kimberli Smith.
The customer will be charged shipping and handling if any items are shipped.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement unless a payment plan is arranged.
All orders are non-refundable once payment is received.
Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed. Your portraits are an investment and an heirloom that should not be rushed.
